CAMEROON HIV RESEARCH FORUM

Bridging HIV Research and Policy in Cameroon Since 2020

The Cameroon HIV/AIDS Operational Research Forum (CAM-HERO) is the premier platform for HIV research dissemination in Cameroon. Coordinated by the Ministry of Public Health’s Division of Operational Research, CAM-HERO brings together researchers, policymakers, clinicians, and public health professionals to translate evidence into action. Through our annual conferences, we facilitate knowledge exchange, build research capacity, and strengthen collaboration across institutions to advance HIV prevention, treatment, and care in Cameroon.

From establishing national research priorities to training the next generation of implementation scientists, CAM-HERO has become the cornerstone of evidence-based HIV policy in Cameroon.
